Nutzungsbedingungen für internes Mitarbeiter-Portal

Die Jenoptik-Bilddatenbank enthält eine große Auswahl von Bildern und ist unterteilt in ein öffentliches und ein Mitarbeiter-Portal:

• Aus dem öffentlichen Portal dürfen externe Personen wie Medienvertreter oder Vertriebspartner Bilder herunterladen, nachdem Sie die Nutzungsbedingungen akzeptiert haben.
• Bilder aus dem Mitarbeiter-Portal dürfen nur von Jenoptik-Mitarbeitern und nur für Jenoptik-Zwecke genutzt werden, insbesondere für Präsentationen, Newsletter, Broschüren und andere Marketing-Publikationen.
• Beachten Sie dabei bitte den Copyright-Vermerk, er ist zu übernehmen.
• Bilder aus dem Mitarbeiter-Portal dürfen nicht ohne vorherige Genehmigung durch den Bereich Kommunikation und Marketing (Corporate Center) an externe Personen weitergegeben werden – weder an Medienvertreter noch an Vertriebspartner.
• Eine Veröffentlichung und/oder eine Nutzung für kommerzielle Zwecke (z. B. Werbung) sowie der Verkauf oder die Lizenzierung der Bilder sind untersagt.
• Eine Archivierung außerhalb der Datenbank ist nicht gestattet. Es dürfen keine eigenen Archive („Parallelwelten“) aufgebaut werden, da diese nicht gepflegt werden können.

Conditions of use for the internal employee portal

The Jenoptik digital asset management system contains a large selection of images and is divided into a public and an internal platform:

• External users such as media professionals or sales partners are allowed to download images from the public platform, after accepting the conditions of use.
• Images in the employee platform may only be used by Jenoptik employees for Jenoptik purposes, notably for presentations, newsletters, brochures and other marketing publications.
• Please pay attention to the copyright notice; this must be stated in any case of use.
• Images from the employee platform must not be passed on to external parties – neither to media professionals nor to sales partners – without prior permission from the Communications and Marketing department of the Corporate Center.
• Publication and/or use for commercial purposes (e.g. advertising) as well as the sale or licensing of the images are prohibited.
• Archiving of the images outside of the asset management system is not permitted. Users are not allowed to create their own image archives (“parallel worlds”), since these cannot be maintained in a legally appropriate and secure manner.
